Q. Who is your main Sponsors?
A. The Family, Health and Youth Ministries Dept. of SEC and local businesses.
Q. What was the attendance like last year?
A. The events of last year were a resounding success, and the support of the churches could not go unnoticed. We had over 200 Friday Night, Sabbath 700 and 1500 Sports Day attendees.
Q. What is the itinerary like for this year?
A. The weekend itinerary as follow:
Friday Meet & Greet: West Park SDA Church at 7:30 p.m.
Sabbath Celebration: Starts at 9 a.m.
Family Life Seminar & Interactive Sessions: 4:00 p.m.
Grand Gospel Concert: 6:00 pm.
Sunday SoFlo Olympic Games & Health Expo: 8:00 a.m.
Q. Should I register before the event?
A. Yes, 95% of your group must be registered on or before July 1st, but walk-ups are welcomed.
Q. How can my church register to participate or volunteer?
A. Please go online to www.SoFloAdventistSports.org for list of events and registration.
Q. What is the Registration FEE?
A. FEE $150 Early Bird: Starts January – May 31st
FEE $200 Regular: Up to – June 30th
FEE $250 Late Bird: After July 1 – up to game day
Volleyball, Soccer & Basketball $80 per team
Admission $5 per person pre-sold (with church group) up to July 1st and $6 per person at the Park on Sunday.
Individual Participant (no church affiliation) $20pp
Q. Can I sell anything at the games?
A. We have Booth Space available at a minimal cost. You can sell anything that is in accordance with the principles of our church EXCEPT for FOOD or DRINKS. ($80)
Q. Why ALL these FEES?
A. The FEES and selling of Refreshments is to assist us with our overhead cost.
Q. Who can participate?
A. ANY church group, any conference, any state or country and all ages can participate – from age 5 to 99. There will be events for everyone.
